Just a few things to say.

The Bermuda Triangle is back, and not a moment too soon. The topics of discussion we come up with during happy hour, good times.

"Jam Society" practice was really good last night. I can't wait until our debut gig.

Back-2-Back Liwanag gigs at the end of this week. It's my first time back in 2 years. It should be good times as well.

I continue to lose weight. But I've lost some power in the process. I've already begun to fix that.

With that being said, and after a long hiatus, Fredberg will return in 2008.
